Take I-75 north to exit number 265, which is the North Marietta Parkway exit.  From the exit ramp turn left, and proceed to Cobb Parkway (U.S. Highway 41).  Turn left on Cobb Parkway and proceed to the intersection of Roswell Street (the Big Chicken will be on your left).  Turn right onto Roswell Street and proceed approximately 1 mile to 506 Roswell Street SE, which will be on your left, approximately one block after the intersection of Roswell Street with Fairground Street.  Turn into the parking lot and Suite 230 is in the building on the right. 

From Kennesaw and points north of Marietta:
