Since 1997 Lee has practiced primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and real estate litigation, and is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Georgia Supreme Court, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia. In May 2010, Lee was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court. He has made it his career to help people and small businesses with problems they experience in everyday life, as well as business disputes of all types.

Lee currently serves as a member of the Finance Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, and has served as Chairman and Trustee of the State Bar of Georgia Client Security Fund, a program chartered by the State Bar to help compensate and protect clients that have been cheated or taken advantage of by their attorneys. Lee finds it a great honor to have been chosen as a Trustee of this Fund and to have been in a position to help people that have been harmed by dishonest attorneys. He is also an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Programs Committee. In addition to his work with the State Bar of Georgia, Lee is a member of the Cobb County Bar Association.

Lee is married, and he and his wife Jennifer live in Marietta. He has three beautiful daughters, Francesca, Isabella, and Maria. His hobbies include traveling, skiing, flying, golf, and old movies.
