Commercial Real Estate
We provide legal assistance with buying, selling, leasing or financing of real and personal property. We do so by representing community and national lenders, developers, builders, purchasers, sellers, landlords, tenants and title companies. We assist in closing loans for shopping centers, acreage and assemblages, acquisition and development, and construction, as well as loans made by the Small Business Administration. We also assist our clients in the foreclosure of real and personal property, including confirmation actions and obtaining deficiency judgments.

We routinely assist clients in contractual matters from the inception of negotiations to the resolution of contract disputes. The combination of our transactional and commercial real estate practices has given us significant experience in the negotiation of commercial and other leases.

Workers’ Compensation
Our attorneys represent employers, insurers, self-insured companies, and servicing agents in workers' compensation claims throughout Georgia. We work in conjunction with our clients to minimize their exposure through aggressive but cost-effective legal services. We do this by conducting a thorough investigation into and evaluation of each claim at its inception and periodically thereafter. We then use these investigations and evaluations to develop and implement with our clients a strategy for the effective handling of each claim. This includes trials before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation’s Administrative Law Judges and appeals before the State Board of Workers’ Compensation and Georgia’s appellate courts, as well as representation in mediations.
